How can I order? You can order on the website by choosing the items you like, when checking out the shipping details and payment will be required. After these actions we will keep you updated about your shipment.
What about shipping costs?
For the Netherlands free shipping above 50 Euro, all others 4,95 Euro. For the Amsterdam inhabitants we would love to bring it to your doorstep unfortunately this can not be done technically yet (the online store system). But.. if you choose the pick up option and like us to bring it to you; please contact and we will arrange.
For the EU1 zone (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Sweden) ; up to 2 KG =8 Euro, above 2 KG = 17,50 Euro.
For the EU2 zone (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City) up to 2 KG = 10 Euro, above 2 KG = 20 Euro.
Rest of the world; up to 2 KG = 23 Euro, above 2KG = 45 Euro.
How can I pay? Following payment options are available: Ideal ,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop pay, Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal.
What about shipping costs for returns? Costs of returns are on your account. Returns can also be done at the VENT DU NORD store at the Staalstraat 16H during opening hours. In case a product has a defect, the shipping and return costs are on our account.
What is the expected delivery term? We will ship your order within 48 hours by PostNL and will keep you informed about expected arrival.
Can I pick up my order at the store? Yes, pick ups can be done at the VENT DU NORD store at Staalstraat 16H during opening hours. When checking out the pick up option will be visable.
Can I return my order and how to do? Yes, you can. With your order you will receive a return orderform in which all details are stated. We will refund the costs for the ordered items within 72 hours after receipt of the return, shipping costs are not refundable.
If I return my webstore order I get a refund but if I return my purchase in the store(s) I get a voucher instead of a refund, why? The webstore makes it technically possible to do refunds, concerning returning goods purchased in the stores we choose to give out a voucher instead of a refund.
What is the difference in products online and in stores? In fact we add products to the brick stores weekly. Many of those items do have just limited stock. In this way the offer is constantly changing. As the online store will open on March 15 2021 we have to experience how to "manage" this product offer for the online store.
I am looking for some specific product which I can not find online or in the stores, are there any options? Yes there are, please do inform us your specific needs and we will try to get this for you by contacting our suppliers. In this way we determine the store offer together with our customers.
