If the product delivered by us is not to your satisfaction, you can of course return it. You have the right to do this within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Products must be returned within 14 days after receipt.
To initiate a return, please use the return form included with your order. Returning the order including the form is at your own expense. You are free to choose your own shipping method.
If there is a defect or damage, you are eligible for free returns. In this case, please contact us in advance at shop@ventdunord.nl or send a (WhatsApp) message to 0612611765 to discuss how we can satisfactorily handle your return.
Products should be returned in their original condition. We will confirm the receipt. After receipt we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days. Please take into account that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In case you want to exchange a purchased item, please contact us so we can swap your order. You are welcome to swap your order in our store (cost free), or by receiving the replacement product via parcel service. Returns are at your own expense. The replacement product will be sent free of charge.
